Your details, and what we do with them.
ArcVane Technologies Inc. is an Ontario company. This page explains what the forms on arcvane.ca collect, why we collect it, where it goes and how to ask us about it.
What the forms collect
Every form asks for your name and email. You can also add your company, a phone number and a message. Each form also sends who you are (for example a buyer or a host site), the page or tool you sent it from, and that you agreed to be contacted.
Some forms ask for more:
- Buy page: the machine, your timing and the city.
- Host page: the city, the type of space and how many people pass a day.
- Tap operator program: your city or region, how many machines and whether you run machines now.
- Coming soon: which lines interest you.
- Machine help: where the machine is, what happened, when, and the amount charged.
- Partners pages: your country, WeChat ID, product line, the arrangement you prefer and the page language.
- Profit calculator and host earnings estimator: the figures you entered, the machine, and for the profit calculator a link that restores your figures.
- Machine finder: your answers and the machines it suggested.
- Contact page: the machine you asked about, if you came from a machine page.
Why we collect it
To reply to you and, if you ask, to send a quote or a proposal. For machine help, to refund you or fix the problem. If you join the launch list on the Coming soon page, we email you when a line launches.
Where it goes
Nothing is sent until you press the send button. When you do, the form is sent by email through formsubmit.co, a form relay service, to info@arcvane.ca.
The calculators and the machine finder work out their results in your browser. Your figures and answers only reach us if you send them with a form.
What we don't do
We don't sell or rent your details. They are only used to answer your inquiry and for the purposes above.
Cookies and tracking
This site doesn't set cookies, and it doesn't load analytics, advertising or tracking scripts.
The machine finder keeps your answers in your own browser's storage so you can come back to them. They stay on your device unless you send them to us, and "Start over" clears them.
Seeing, correcting or deleting your details
To ask what details we hold about you, to correct them or to have them deleted, email info@arcvane.ca.
