What the site is

The site describes the vending machines, services and Tap brands we offer, and lets you contact us. Its pages are general information. Prices, specifications and availability are typical figures and can change without notice.

Nothing here is an offer

Nothing on the site is an offer or a contract. Every sale, placement or service plan is agreed in a separate written agreement, and the terms of that agreement are the ones that apply.

Calculators and estimates

The profit calculator, the host earnings estimator, the quick estimate and the machine finder give estimates and suggestions from the figures and answers you enter and from typical assumptions shown on each page.

They are not a promise or a guarantee of sales, income, profit or costs. Real results depend on the site, the machine, the products, the prices and many other things. Check the figures yourself and get your own advice before you buy a machine or agree to host one.

Tap operator program

The Tap operator program form only collects expressions of interest. It is not an offer of a franchise, a licence or a business opportunity, and we don't sell franchises today. If we offer one in future, we will do it only as the law requires.

Forms

When you send a form, please send only details that are accurate and yours to share. The Privacy page explains what we collect and what we do with it.

Our names and content

ArcVane, the leaf logo, the Tap brand names and their logos are ours. The text, images and design of the site belong to ArcVane Technologies Inc. or are used with permission. You are welcome to link to the site, but please ask before copying or reusing our content, brands or images.

No warranty

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we provide it as it is, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We don't promise that it will always be available or free of errors.

Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, ArcVane Technologies Inc. is not liable for any loss or damage that comes from using the site or relying on its content, including the estimates from the calculators. Nothing in these terms takes away a right that the law says can't be limited.

Links to other websites are there for convenience. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for them.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. The courts of Ontario decide any dispute about them.
